Patients are seen by appointments and walk in as well, so please call in advance so that our staff may reserve a time for you. We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. Occasionally, emergencies do occur which may cause a delay, but we will always try to honor your appointment time.

Appointments Confirmation

It is our office policy to confirm appointments 24 hours in advance. Our staff makes every attempt to contact you the day before your appointment. However, if we have not been able to reach you, your appointment may be taken off of the schedule. We would appreciate it if you call us to confirm the day before your appointment if you know that we will have a difficult time reaching you, so that you will not lose your appointment time.

Showing up on time

Kindly make sure to show up at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will help out in making the proposed dental treatment plan done properly without any delay or extension in another appointment and enough time will be available for your discussion with your treating doctor.

Cancellation of Appointments

If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify the office staff by calling 011-464-8060. The office staff will try to accommodate you in another appointment based on the schedule availability. If you have a personal emergency, please let us know as soon as possible.

We are unable to function efficiently if patients forget their appointments and do not show up at their scheduled time. We are also unable to continue treatment for patients who habitually cancel appointments at the last minute or who constantly 'forget'.

Emergencies

The office has reserved a limited time each day so that emergency patients may be scheduled quickly. If you have a problem requiring emergency treatment, please call as early in the day as possible.

Telephone

For the doctor to leave a patient being treated to answer every telephone call would obviously be unfair to the patients. The office staff has been trained to answer most questions or to relay answers to you from the doctor. If they are unable to answer your questions, arrangements will be made to have one of the doctor return your call as soon as possible.

Fees and Payments

Every effort is being made to keep down the cost of dental care. You can help us by making your payment at the time of your visit. You will be given an estimate of the approximate total fee at the beginning of treatment.

Several methods of payment are available,

1. Payment at time of visit is the customary method either cash or using electronic points of sale ( Span)
2. For your convenience, we accept most of credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, and American Express

Insurance

For your convenience, our office staff will submit charges for services to your insurance carrier online, then the insurance carrier will fully or partially approve the proposed amount of treatment cost. You have to know exactly what is going to be covered by your insurance carrier. In some situations, you might need to pay the difference in case of partial coverage approval
